How do I schedule?

Rachael uses SimplePractice Electronic Health Records. Once you schedule your initial visit, a secure link to your client portal will be sent to you. The Client Portal includes options for self-scheduling, or you can coordinate directly with Rachael.

What will my first session look like?

Prior to your first session, you will be sent a link to your client portal that will allow you to complete required forms before session. Forms can also be completed in session with Rachael. Once required documentation and consent forms are completed, Rachael will conduct a diagnostic assessment and work with you to create an individualized plan that will emphasize your goals for therapy.
